Job Descriptions:

As a Restaurant Accountant at 6th Avenue, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our establishment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Preparing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitoring variances to ensure financial targets are met.
• Managing the restaurant's cash flow and overseeing banking activities, including reconciliations and deposits.
• Coordinating with external vendors, including suppliers and service providers, to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Collaborating with the management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description: As a Graphic Designer at 6th Avenue, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials and promotions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop designs for print and digital materials, including menus, signage, promotional flyers, social media graphics, email newsletters, and more.
• Ensuring that all design elements align with the restaurant's brand identity and style guidelines.
• Conceptualizing and executing creative ideas that effectively communicate the restaurant's message and attract customers.
• Using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals, illustrations, and layouts.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working closely with external vendors, such as printers and signage companies, to oversee production and ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the restaurant's visual presence and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work, with examples of print and digital design projects.
