Administrative Sales Assistant

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist and generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.

- Maintain and update customer sales tracker on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangements for sales operations, generate reports for accounts, create presentations, and prepare expense reports, etc. 

- Collaborate with the marketing department creating marketing materials for new clients.

- Provide and maintain excellent customer support to various accounts via phone, email, meetings, etc.

- Self-motivated to stay current on beauty product knowledge and beauty trends

- Provide support to sales associates, ensuring that customers needs are met accurately and efficiently.

- Researches and analyzes market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of products.

- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask

- Knowledge of Smartsheet software and Slack

- Bilingual (English & Korean) required

 

Sales Operations Associate

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Take initiative in sales and execution of business plans. Set targets, analyze performance data, and develop sales plans.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics.

- Maintain and update customer sales tracker on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Partner with internal teams and communicate to manage inventory and purchase order cycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

- Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calls, meetings, email, networking, and referrals.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues.

- Attend domestic and international beauty industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate sales.

- Researches and analyzes market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of products.

- Collection of AR from clients and accounts.

- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Business to business sales and wholesale experience in beauty industry

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

- 3 + years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Managing experience in chain store accounts for local and nationally distribution

- Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude

- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask

- Knowledge of Smartsheet software and Slack

- Bilingual (English & Korean) required

 

Additional Requirements:

- Must have driver’s license

- Able to travel (domestic and international) with no travel restrictions.

- Required lifting of boxes, promotional materials, products, etc. 

 

Sales Operations Manager

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Take initiative in sales and execution of business plans. Set targets, analyze performance data, and develop sales plans.

- Drive sales through business to business channels focusing on domestic and international markets.

- Participate in domestic and international beauty industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate sales.

- Engage in comprehensive business development activities, from lead generation to closing deals.

- Create a daily report for new and existing accounts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

- Partner with project management and closely monitor the development of projects, actively support related communications and problem solving. Act as a thought leader for sales growth and innovation. 

- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate deals and build long-lasting client relationships

- Researches and analyzes market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of products.

- Collection of AR from clients and accounts.

- Manage and be a sales team adviser.

- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Business to business sales and wholesale experience in beauty industry

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

- 7 + years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Managing experience in chain store accounts for local and nationally distribution

- Ability to work independently

- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask

- Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude

- Knowledge of Smartsheet software and Slack

- Bilingual (English & Korean) required

Research & Development Specialist

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Formulate, research, test, troubleshoot, and perform other activities for beauty product development.

- Stay current on developments in the beauty industry and continue to demonstrate performance improvement.

- Review current formulations and optimize for better performance and optimal ingredients.

- Analyze existing formulas to determine proper testing and stability effects. 

- Follow projects from formulation development through manufacturing, including helping to establish manufacturing procedures.

- Manage communication with 3rd party clinical research centers and all product testing facilities and accurately record test results. Including communication with domestic and international manufacturers.

- Work cross functionally with other departments for product development.

- Ensure that existing regulatory and legal compliance are met and stay compliant with new legal and regulatory requirements. 

- Sourcing on new product innovation to ensure alignment and feasibility, and to optimize product design within launch timelines. 

- Stay up-to-date on current and emerging trends, and have a clear understanding of competitors and their behaviors.

- Work with the CEO on a weekly basis to get input on new product development ideas to ensure a maximum level of success with new product launches.

- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field

- Minimum 3 + years of experience in a product development role

- Experience in beauty industry

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills

- Knowledge of product manufacturing processes

- Maintain high level of confidentiality

- Bilingual (English & Korean) required
