Marketing Associate

Experience: Entry Level

We are looking for an Entry Level Marketing Associate who has a curious mind, is a big-picture thinker, and person who is always yearning to learn more.  As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in understanding the complete marketing mix and utilizing market research and consumer behavior analysis to drive effective strategies.  Proficiency in creating and analyzing spreadsheets and quantitative data is essential for interpreting key metrics such as ROI and KPIs.

By leveraging your expertise, you will actively contribute to achieving our business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the projects runs smoothly
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Gather and analyze potential customers behavior data
  • Create reports and organize the records on marketing and sales metrics
  • Coordinate with teams to update company Homepage
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Coordinate with other team to create promotional material (e.g. brochures, presentation materials)

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM campaigns 
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

Purchasing Coordinator

Experience: Entry Level

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Issue/Send out purchase orders to vendors

  • Maintaining records of goods ordered and received

  • Performs routine follow up and update on all open orders to meet customer’s deadline/satisfaction

  • Review, evaluate, and approve Purchase Requests

  • Manage logistics [All incoming shipments]

  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues regarding purchase order

  • Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

  • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving attitude

  • Bachelor/Associate degree

  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

  • On-site work

Sales Operations Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages customer’s purchase orders

  • Manage ongoing customer needs, analysis, and reports

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Performs routine follow up e-mails

  • Provide customer services and support outside sales

  • Complete shipping orders

  • Requests product purchase when necessary

  • Complete and maintain accurate monthly sales reports

  • Works side by side with production to coordinate due dates

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work as a team member

  • Bachelor/Associate degree

Sales Account Manager

Experience: Entry Level

We are looking for a competent Sales Account Manager to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Forecast and track key account metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of ERP software is a plus
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • BS or BA in business, sales or marketing
