Key Responsibilities

·        Facilitate creation and setting of KPIs as it relates to and aligns with organizational goals

·        Troubleshoot sensitive and key issues to uphold high customer satisfaction and operational levels

·        Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization

·        Review and (dis)approve accounts payable and accounts receivable as submitted by team

·        Review and manage month end reports, P/L

·        Manage overall progress of performance, budget, and goals

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

·        7+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain

·        5-7 years of experience of working in multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations (preferred)

·        5+ years in conflict management and business negotiation processes

·        Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed up by previous professional success

·        Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

·        Proficient in Korean 

 

Work Conditions

·        Full time On-Site Employment

·        Location: Secaucus, NJ

·        Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
