1.  Sales Coordinator  -  Business Operations & Planning

 

 

Winiadaewoo Electronics America is a fast growing, leading provider of consumer electronics seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual for a full-time position as a Sales Coordinator in our Ridgefield Park, NJ office. This individual will be assisting with a wide array of administrative support responsibilities.

 

Candidate must be able to interact with the team and work independently, and most importantly with customers and accounts, under the supervision of your Manager. This position requires an upbeat personality, high energy level and a focus on details. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and Buyers by following up on a timely basis, with accurate information to ensure accounts with the status of their orders
  • Communicate and coordinate with order processing
  • Works closely with internal & external parties to develop baseline inventory requirements and overall plan such as PSI
  • Collaborates closely with all with all related parties including retail and OEM partners 
  • Assist in building and maintaining a 3-months weekly rolling forecast plan major retail/OEM partners
  • Assist in utilizing market knowledge, customer insight, and feedback to keep the forecast accuracy
  • Monitors sell-out performance and potential issues or opportunities by identifying SKU performance and adjust accordingly
  • Work with the Accounting Department to resolve payment
  • Handle customer service phone calls and inquiries
  • Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English & Korean) – Proficient Korean reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft word and excel
  • Strong math skills and attention to accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP plus

 

  • 2. Sales Manager -  Business Operations & Planning

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and planning for sales of home appliances products to customers which include retailers, distributors, resellers, brick and mortars, online, etc.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with buyers
  • Operations and Planning
  • Work with Accounting Department to resolve payment
  • Managing team to achieve a strong sales support system

Skills

  • Bilingual (English & Korean) - Proficient Korean reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Well-organized and a meticulous planner
  • Demonstrable experience in presenting and reporting
  • Works well on a team
  • Knowledge of profit & loss based businesses
  • Skilled with MS Office - Excel
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business or Marketing field preferred

  • 3. Junior Logistics Analyst

 

Candidate must be able to interact with the team and work independently, and most importantly with customers and accounts, under the supervision of your Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
  • Keep up-to-date data on shipping carriers, routes and rates
  • Respond to and resolve any arising complaints or problems
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate complete order cycle
  • Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Perform SAP Data Entry including inbound/outbound processing, invoice verification, EDI transactions

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English & Korean) – Proficient Korean reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with SAP Data Entry plus
  • Salary commensurate with experience

 

 

Job Type: Full-time and in-office position
